Getting Started with Visiontree Studio ​

Welcome to Visiontree Studio! This guide will walk you through the basic steps to get started with our application. Follow along to understand how to load a saved configuration, create a new questionnaire, and load a LOINC form from our search bar.

Loading a Saved Configuration ​

Visiontree Studio allows you to load a saved configuration in either JSON or CSV format. This can be a questionnaire you've previously worked on.

1. On the Visiontree Studio homepage, click on the New Questionaire + button on the left hand side.
2. In the New Questionaire popup, select Upload from file.
3. Select the file from your local machine in either JSON or CSV format and select Open.

Creating a New Questionnaire ​

Creating a new questionnaire will generate an empty JSON file which you can build off using the FHIR questionnaire as a reference.

1. Click on the New Questionnaire button on the homepage.
2. In the New Questionaire popup, select Create Empty
3. You will be redirected to the homescreen with an empty JSON file and a blank preview, from here you can build your questionaire to your desired specifications.

Loading a LOINC Form ​

Load a LOINC form directly from our search bar, making it easy to find and load standard forms.

1. Click on the New Questionnaire button on the homepage.
2. At the bottom of the New Questionaire popup, click the Search LOINC forms search bar.
3. Type in the LOINC code or keywords related to the form you are looking for.
4. Select the desired form from the search result, you will be redirected to the homepage with the LOINC form populated in the JSON editor.
