AI Assistant in Visiontree Studio ​

The AI Assistant in Visiontree Studio empowers you to interact with your questionnaire in a natural, conversational manner. Simply ask the AI to add, modify, or delete questions, and it will provide suggestions which you can accept or reject. You can also change the status of your questionnaire with a simple request. Let's explore how to make the most of the AI Assistant!

Adding New Questions ​

Adding new questions is a breeze with the AI Assistant.

1. Click on the AI Assistant tab.
2. Type your request to add a new question, for example: "Add a new question asking the patient's age."
3. Review the suggestion generated by the AI Assistant.
4. Click Apply Suggestion to add the question or Reject Suggestion if the suggestion does not meet your needs.

Modifying Questions ​

Easily modify existing questions with the help of the AI Assistant.

1. Navigate to the AI Assistant tab.
2. Input your request to modify a question, for instance: "Change the question about patient's age to ask for their date of birth instead."
3. Review the AI Assistant's suggestion and click Apply Suggestion to apply the changes or Reject Suggestion to discard.

Deleting Questions ​

Remove questions that are no longer needed with a simple request.

1. Go to the AI Assistant tab.
2. Type your request to delete a question, such as: "Delete the question asking about the patient's marital status."
3. Review the deletion suggestion from the AI Assistant.
4. Click Apply Suggestion to delete the question or Reject Suggestion to keep it.

Changing Questionnaire Status ​

Change the status of your questionnaire effortlessly.

1. Access the AI Assistant tab.
2. Input your request to change the status, for example: "Change the status of the questionnaire to 'draft'."
3. Review the status change suggestion from the AI Assistant.
4. Click Apply Suggestion to change the status or Reject Suggestion to maintain the current status.
