Display Elements ​

The display elements features two easy to use options, Group and Display, Easily drag and drop either of these elements onto the center panel to quickly organize and visually structure your form to your preferences.

LOINC Form Questions ​

With the integration of the LOINC Form Library into the form builder, users have access to an extensive library of standardized medical forms. Users can easily search for and incorporate specific questions of LOINC forms into their custom forms with our easy to use drag and drop feature.

Questions ​

This section provides additional user-friendly options for quick and efficent form creation. It offers pre-built structures tailored to specific question types like text boxes, strings, date pickers, and much more. Just like the display elements, simply drag and drop these options on to the center panel to build your form.

FHIR Data Model ​

The FHIR data model section is where you can preview your custom form in real time, this allows you to make any adjustments needed to ensure your newly created forms are meeting your exact specifications on the fly. In this section you will also have access to the raw JSON file of your form providing even more flexibility and customization options.
