Dragging and Dropping Elements ​

The form builder simplifies form creation with drag and drop functionality for elements such as numeric steppers, multiple choice options and text boxes. You can also easily preview your form in real time by returning to the FHIR Data Model section.

Nested Elements ​

With the form builder you can easily group related elements together within your form, creating a more organized and visually appealing layout. Whether you're creating complex surveys or detailed data collection forms, nested elements allow you to structure your forms with precision. Simply drag elements into place to create nested sections, subforms, or grouped components, giving you complete control over both functional and visual elements of your form.

Deleting Elements ​

Need to remove something from your form? No problem! Our form builder app makes it easy to delete elements with just a single click. Simply navigate to the element you wish to remove and click the trash can icon on the right hand corner, that's it! Alternatively, If you are viewing your form in the FHIR data model section you can navigate to the items section in the raw JSON file and delete that portion, the changes will be reflected in both the form preview and the form builder section.
